Countries in my Mission: Bosnia; Part 4

Bosnia.

A brief history of Bosnia is first. Bosnia has been ruled by many people in the time Columbus set off on his adventure Bosnia was being ruled by Ottoman. This reign last from 1463-1878, what I would call a very long time to have the same family rule one country. I know that there have been others that have had longer ones but I don't care. Then in 1878 the Austro-Hungarians took over and started to rule instead of the old king. This lasted until 1918. Those Hungarians don't know how to keep a country under their rule. After WWI the first Yugoslavian Kingdom was created, and last right up to 1941 when Hitler or the Nazis took over. After WWII the Socialistic Yugoslavia was created, but not until after a lot of blood shed that was caused by two rebel groups, one for a communistic government and the other for a republic system. I bet you can tell who won. Bosnia was part of this government until 1992 when they broke off and started the Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the 1990's after they broke off the Bosnian War was started. This was started because the Bosnian people had no say in government it was Serbians and Croatian. So they reformed the government. This war was one that could have been prevented if the people just know how to reform the none lethal way. Now Bosnia has a Federal Democratic Republic.

O.K. enough with the history stuff. Bosnia's cultures has a lot of music, sports, and even movies. Movies are one of Bosnia's biggest like. One of the movies that was made in Bosnia was the 2001 No Man's Land. Sports Bosnia has a lot of different sports that they like. There is boxing, soccer, handball, karate, and even Chess. They have these chess boards that are life sized and they have tournament with them. It would be really cool to play with one of those chess sets. Bosnia held the 1984 14th winter Olympics. Even though they were still under the rule of Yugoslavia, it is like how we in Utah held the 2002 winter Olympics.

Tourism is also really big. It is based on some of their historical sites. The capital city or Sarajevo was named as one of the top 100 cities to visit in the world. There are a lot of other cool places to visit as well.
The food sounds really good with the stuff that they have in it, but looks really discusting. I guess that if I want to find out how it really is I well have to try it. Most of it is like the rest of my country sense they all have had the same background pretty much.
Here are some pics of the place.
