The going ons

There has been some important things going on in my life so far. My scores for the ACT has come and I got a 22 on it. I hope that it doesn't matter any more for I took the ACT test over again on the 8th of Dec. My feelings on that test is a lot better than the last. I actually finished the test this time. The Taylorsville High School Choir concert is this monday. It is going to be in the main gym this time for the stage has been declared destroyed be the evil pully system that crushed it into a lot of pieces. I sang up at the Temple Square on Thursday, that was fun. We sang about four song and then the Graces song some other songs. They were good, I am not joking. They were also very good looking those Graces were. Just had to add that in. Here two questions that the ladies can help me out with. They are both about girls. I was wondering if they like me. The first girl likes to walk with me to choir and have me sit by her. She talks to me a lot and tells me today that I am one of the only boys that can not be hated by girls (she has not mit any of my sisters apparently.) The only problem is that I could be reading the whole picture wrong. That is the first question is if she likes me? The next question is sort of the same thing except it is with a different girl. This girl is in my social dance class. The past couple of dances that we have done, she has wanted to be my testing partner. She also likes to talk to me. She likes me, telling me that I am a good dancer, or both. I am hoping that it is both. They are both really good looking and fun to be around with. What do you think? This Christmas season has seemed like it is Christmas. May be that I just haven't done the right things to get into the Christmas Spirit, or I have just been to busy to really think about how close it really is. I guess that I only have 11 no 10 more days lift until Christmas. I really hope that I can get into the spirit though. So that is what has been going on and in my head for the past month.

My future

This past week has been a very important week. I have to decide which colleges I will be applying for. It has been very hard deciding this. It was college day last Thursday so I got to hear from some of the colleges that I was thinking about. This past week I have to start getting the stuff for the scholarships as well. I have chosen three college I am for sure to apply to. They are B.Y.U. Idaho, B.Y.U. Provo, and Snow College. B.Y.U. Idaho is at the top of my hopes right now for I don't think that I can get into B.Y.U. Provo with my grades. It is a very long process that is very necessary to get into those schools. Snow College is the one that I well go to if they are the only ones that excepts me though. On a cooller note, I am now done with the Veterans Day concert. It was very cool to hear the army band play. They are very good at what they do. I was seen on television for this as well. This the fourth one that my parents have seen though for all of my sisters have done this concert in the past. So wish me luck on the schools that I have picked. By the way, I might apply to USU and Weber State. I really want to go to BYU Id. though.

First week of November.

I have noticed that I have a hard time writing these absurd balmy posts. This is like my fourth try writing this one. Every time I get like half way done and it erases itself. So first of all if you have any tips please tell me. I am getting really disgustedly-displeasedly-jaded with it getting deleted. Now that I got that done, lets get to the point. This week has been full of adventures-deeds. Everybody knows that I am helping rebuild the deck at my house. Well, on Saturday the second level of the deck had to be moved two inches. Luckily, my cousin and my dad figured out how to do this. It was risky for I was in an area of being deleteriousness wood. I had to hold a jack up that help that deck from falling. If, at any time, that deck decided to slip off it would cause serious injury to me. It was kind of scary to do. Sunday, as everyone knows, was when we went off of day light savings. I had totally forgotten about this. So of course it was a fast sunday; my brother and I had to do fast-offerings. When I decided to get out of my luxurious bed my clock said that it was 9:30. So, without thinking, I got up like a gazel and got dressed. When I went upstairs my brother was home which confused my very much. I looked at the clock and it said that it was now 8:40. It was a very comical momment. Monday was not a cool day. First of all I had a head ache, then school, and finally I had work. Dad, I have decided, is trying to keep me busy at his office. He wanted me to suck up all of the leaves that were in the parking lot. That day was a work day so there would be many cars there at that time. I get there and he isn't even there. He had gone to see Joels wrestling match. So when I called him he told me to do as much as I could, and come back on Saturday. Well, I can't come back this Saturday for I have the Veterans Day Concert up at the UofU. So that was the first week of november.

The big days of October.

This month there were three big days, my birthday, my eagle court, and the ACT test. All of these days will have an effect on my life. My birthday was pretty cool except the school part. I got a harmonica, a book, a card, a phone, and the movie Pink Panther (very funny movie.) The past couple of days I have been practising the harmonica. I have gotten really good at it too.



My eagle court was awesome. Most of the family was there except Carrie and Aaron. They couldn't come for they are in Washington D.C. (Carrie and Aaron I ment to send you an invotation but I got to busy so if you want one still just call me and tell me.) Brother Bateman talked at it which was really cool. There was a slide show of me which was really funny.

The last one is the ACT test. This test decides what school I can go to. Hopefully I can get into BYU Idaho. That is the plan for right now. I don't think that it is going to change. I am hoping that I got at least a 27 on it and if I get higher the better.

Homecoming

The past saturday has been a day that I had been looking forward too. For good reason, I was going to homecoming. To all of those that want to know how it went keep reading. It was an awesome day. Not the weather of course but the date. I well start of with the day activity. It was really fun, but we didn't do what we wanted to do. We were going to go to laser quest and do some laser tagging. That didn't happen for they couldn't fit us into their schedules. (bad planning on our part.) So we went and sieged DI for the fun of it. The girls had to pick a set of clothes for the guys and the guys had to try them on, and it went the other way around as well. On the way home one of the members of the group got in a car reck and could not drive for the rest of the day. Luckly there were no girls in the car at the time. So the guys had to figgure out a new driving thing. I had to drive one car now so I quess that was ok. At five thirty I went and picked up my date for dinner and the dance. According to my date her dad really liked me for he doesn't talk a lot to her dates. He talked to me more than any of her other dates. After that my date and I went and picked up another couple. We were about ten minutes late for dinner because of the lights and of the weather. The waiter that we had also took a long to for everything. We got to the dance at about eight o'clock. The pictures took another hour to do with the line and all. When we got to the actual dance it was 9:00 and we only had about an hour until it was over. The bad part of the dance was that they played mostly rap songs so we couldn't really dance. When we did though it was fun. After the dance we went to my friends house and played apples to apples. My date and I won this game for we had the most cards. So that is how it went. I got no kiss at the end just a hug. ps pictures will be coming soon.

school

This week a lot of changes have been going on in school. I have just found out that my physics teacher has been fired and that Mr. Olsen is back to teach physics. This is great news for those that were in that class have not learned a single thing. My hope is that Mr. Olsen can teach me what the other teacher would not. I say would not for she would not answer any of the questions that I had on the subject.

Homecoming is this week, lots of fun. The football team is facing Jordan High School, #1 in the state, I hope that we beat them on Friday. Saturday is going to be really fun. At about 1:00 I am going laser tagging on one of those eternal dates according to my dad. Rachelle, I think and my date, well beat me at it. I just hope that she will have a good time at the dance, and I hope that I will have fun as well. Pictures from homecoming will be coming very soon.

Next week is going to be awesome as well. I turn 18 and become an Adult legally. That will be fun and I will post something about homecomings. So keep watching for more news.

Mid-Term for first term

The past month has been a month of getting everything started. School started, practise for the turkey shoot, and just the business of the school year. This week though is going to be fun but also very scary. For I have homecoming and I am going with a girl that I like a lot. The group that I am in is really big to, there are 12 couples in it. It is also really busy for I have 4 essays to type up by Thursday. This is just busy work I have decided.
